Amazingly, instead of giving a proper ruling on my motion, the judge sent to HUBBIE with a letter informing him that if he wanted me to join him as co-plaintiff that hhe would have to make the motion.
Whats even more shocking is the fact that hubbie DID shortly thereafter make an Omnibus Motion asking, among other things, Informa Pauperous Status, Assignment of Counsel, and some other stuff I cant remember right now, ..but he DID ask in that motion to incorporate me as a co-plaintiff, and despite the fact tha the did a pretty good job of it, the motion was denied denied denied, and we keep on keepin on, onward through the fog of our fuKKKed Up JustUS system!
